Why was this directory created?

“Musaned Recruitment Offices” was created to serve three goals: to help users find accurate information about recruitment offices quickly and easily, to let offices present their own information and services to households, and above all to reduce the risk of scams and fraud for people looking for a recruitment office.

Ads, images, accounts and websites that impersonate recruitment offices, or claim to be licensed offices offering services, and that publish wrong contact numbers, have become more common online, in search results, on maps and on social media. Some people looking for an office fall victim to them. So this directory gathers the offices’ details in one clear, organised place, ties each office to its own ID number (Pro ID) and its own page, and points to the official government platform for checking licences.

Three parties, one goal

  • The user comes first: everything in the directory is designed to get the searcher to the right office and its right details with the least effort and more safety, at no cost to households.
  • Offices: the directory gives offices a clear place to show their details and services and to reach households. An office can verify its page or advertise to market its services in an organised, openly labelled way.
  • The government platform: the official Musaned platform is the reference. This directory complements it, does not oppose it and does not claim to be it, and it does not replace it. It offers an easier way to search and compare, and sends users to the platform to check any office’s licence and status.

How to protect yourself from fraud

These are general tips that lower the risk; they do not replace your own caution:

What you will find

More than 1,400 recruitment offices across the Kingdom’s cities. You can search by name or ID number, filter by city, nationality, occupation and recruitment type, see offices on a map, compare two or three offices, read each office’s details, services and ratings, and then contact it directly by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.

Where does the information come from?

Most office data is taken from publicly available information, including the public registry of the government Musaned platform, and may not always be up to date. An office that verifies its page can update its details itself. A page shows two kinds of ratings: figures published in the public source, and opinions written by visitors of this site; neither is our opinion. Whenever the two differ, the official platform prevails over this directory.

Verification and advertising

An office can ask for its page to be verified in this directory. We review the request and contact its sender, and a verification badge then appears on its page. This is a verification of this directory, not a government verification, a licence or a guarantee. The directory also shows ads labelled “Ad” so they stand apart from office results, and we do not endorse advertisers.

Independence from the government platform

“Musaned Recruitment Offices” is an independent website. It is not part of, and is not run, approved or endorsed by, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Musaned platform or Takamol, and it does not represent them. The word “Musaned” in the name of this directory does not mean any connection with the government platform, and the site does not claim to be it.
