Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and what “the Site” means

These terms govern your use of musaned.net, the “Musaned Recruitment Offices” directory run by its owner; “the Site” in these terms means the directory and its owner together. By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains how the Site handles personal data and is part of these terms.

Using the Site in any way (browsing, searching, comparing offices, opening the map, sending a form or message, writing a review, or liking a review or an office) means that:

• you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you are legally able to accept them;
• you understand that the Site is an independent directory and not the government Musaned platform, that most office information comes from public sources and may be out of date, and that you should check an office’s details and licence on the official government platform before dealing with it or paying anything (sections 2, 3 and 4);
• you agree to the rules for using the Site (section 7) and, if you write a review, to the review rules (section 4.3), including the Site’s right to display, hide or delete it (section 4.4);
• you understand that a message sent through an office’s contact form is delivered to that office and that the Site keeps a copy (section 8), and that the Site does not control how the office replies or handles your data;
• you accept the limits on the Site’s liability in section 13, including for reliance on information, ratings and badges;
• you accept the governing law and the courts set out in section 16; and
• you accept future changes to these terms as described in section 15.

If you do not agree with any of this, please stop using the Site.

2. What the Site is and is not

2.1 The Site is an independent information directory that lets households look up recruitment offices in the Kingdom, filter them, see them on a map and compare them.

2.2 The Site is not a recruitment office, agent or intermediary, and is not a party to any recruitment or employment contract. It does not recruit workers, issue visas, sign contracts or hold any money or payments, it does not carry out Musaned, Absher or Ministry procedures for you, and it does not guarantee the performance of any office. Using the directory costs households nothing.

2.3 Any agreement is between you and the office you choose, and you deal with offices at your own risk. Before you pay or sign, check the office’s licence, its status and the contract terms on the official government Musaned platform and, where needed, through Absher and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and keep receipts and written contracts.

3. Independence from the government platform and its marks

3.1 “Musaned Recruitment Offices” is an independent website. It is not part of, and is not run, approved or endorsed by, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Musaned platform or Takamol, and it does not represent them. The word “Musaned” in the name or domain of this directory does not mean any connection with the government platform.

3.2 The name “Musaned” and the logos of government bodies and any other marks belong to their owners, and nothing on the Site gives you, or the Site, a licence to use them.

3.3 Links to the government platform or to other sites take you to sites the Site does not control.

4. Office information, ratings and accuracy

4.1 Most office information (names, contact details, cities, licence and registry details, performance figures) is taken from publicly available information about the offices, including the public registry of the government Musaned platform, and may not be up to date. Some entries are added by the offices themselves or edited through their private edit link.

4.2 An office page shows two kinds of ratings:

• Imported rating figures and review counts from the public data source. They are not the Site’s assessment and not the opinions of this Site’s visitors, and they are accurate only as of the date they were imported.
• Visitor reviews written by visitors of this Site about their own experience. They are the opinions of their authors, not the Site’s; the Site does not verify them or that the author actually dealt with the office. They are published as soon as they are sent, without prior review.

4.3 Rules for writing a review. Write about your actual experience, truthfully and respectfully. Do not post insults, defamation, threats or claims you cannot prove, personal data about yourself or others (phone numbers, ID numbers, addresses), links or advertising; do not review an office you own, work for or compete with; and do not send more than one review for the same office. Your review is shown with your first name and the first letter of your second name; your mobile number is not published. You are responsible for what you write, and you give the Site a non-exclusive, free right to display and copy it while it is published.

4.4 The Site may hide or delete any review, with or without notice, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if it is reported and the Site considers the report justified. An office may be allowed to delete reviews on its page under rules the Site sets, and the final decision stays with the Site. You can report a review using the link on it.

4.5 The Site does not guarantee that information is complete, current or error-free, and it does not verify what offices write about themselves. The official platform prevails over this Site wherever the two differ.

4.6 Found a mistake? Write to the Site through the contact page with the office’s ID (Pro ID) and, if you are the office, proof of your authority. The Site will review it and correct or remove the entry where justified (see also section 6 of the Privacy Policy).

5. Verification tiers, badges and labels

5.1 Cards and pages may show tiers or labels such as “Verified”, Claimed, Silver, Gold, Black or Blue, and the map may offer a “Verified” filter.

5.2 What they mean: the office asked for its page to be verified in this directory, and the Site reviewed the request and contacted its sender before granting the tier. Some tiers may come with promotional benefits, and any placement that is paid is marked “Ad”.

5.3 What they do not mean: a badge is not a government licence, certificate, accreditation or approval; it does not mean the office is licensed, financially sound, compliant with any regulation or better than others; and it is not a guarantee that you will get a worker or a refund. Only the official platform confirms an office’s licence and status.

5.4 Labels an office writes itself (such as the “features”, “badges” or “trust points” it adds to its page) are the office’s own statements, which the Site has not verified, and it is responsible for them.

6. Advertising and sponsored placements

6.1 The Site includes paid advertising, including banners, square and text ads, full-screen stories, sponsored pins on the map and pinned positions in lists. These placements are shown because they are paid, not because they are better, and they are marked “Ad”.

6.2 The Site does not endorse advertisers or their goods and services, and you deal with any advertiser at your own risk.

6.3 Anyone who wants to advertise sends a request from the advertising page; an ad is created only after the Site contacts the advertiser and they agree the details. The Site may refuse or stop any ad, including one that is misleading or unlawful.

7. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and for its purpose; not to send spam, threats or unlawful content through the forms; not to impersonate an office or another person; not to copy the Site’s content on a large scale or use automated collection tools; not to attack the Site’s security, overload it or try to reach non-public areas; and not to misrepresent a connection with the Site or with any government body. The Site may block access if these rules are broken.

8. Messages you send to offices

The “Contact us” form on an office page sends your message to the office’s email address that the Site holds, and the Site keeps a copy; if the office has no email address on record, the message comes to the Site itself. The Site does not control what the office does with it. Do not include ID numbers, banking details or other sensitive data in your message. Offices are responsible for replying to you and for how they handle your data.

9. Obligations of offices (owners and representatives)

If you request verification, receive a private edit link or ask to advertise on the Site, you confirm and agree that:

9.1 you own the office or are an authorised representative, and the information you provide is true, current and lawful.

9.2 Keep your edit link safe. The private link works like a password: keep it secret, do not publish it or pass it to unauthorised people, and tell the Site at once if it is lost or exposed. Everything done through it is treated as done by the office. The Site may disable or replace links at any time, including for security reasons.

9.3 You will not publish false, exaggerated or unprovable claims (for example about licences, guarantees, prices, arrival times, success rates or government approval), will not suggest government or the Site’s endorsement, and will keep prices and contact details accurate. You will not use others’ marks or logos without the right to do so.

9.4 You will not add unlawful, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory or abusive content, or personal data of other people.

9.5 You give the Site a non-exclusive right to display, store and copy the content and logo you provide in order to run the Site, for as long as your office is on it.

9.6 You are responsible for your dealings with households, and the Site is not a party to them.

10. Removal, suspension and correction

The Site may correct, hide, suspend or remove any entry, badge, ad, review or edit link, with or without notice, if it considers the information inaccurate or misleading, these terms or the law are broken, an official body or court requires it, the office asks for it (subject to section 4.6), or security requires it. Because much of the data is public on the government platform, removing an office from the Site does not remove it from the official platform.

11. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, code and texts belong to the Site or its licensors. Office names and logos and the content offices provide belong to them. Government marks belong to their owners (section 3). You may view the Site’s pages and share their links for personal, non-commercial use; any other use needs the Site’s written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site uses, or points to, services it does not control, such as the government platform, Google Maps, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, OpenStreetMap, Cloudflare, WhatsApp, Facebook and X. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and the Site is not responsible for them.

13. Disclaimer and limits of liability

13.1 The Site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent Saudi law permits, the Site is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the Site’s information or on an office, advertiser, rating or badge, from the Site being unavailable, or from third-party services.

13.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the Site’s liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what the Site collects through forms and technical means, why, who receives it, processing outside the Kingdom, retention, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law. By using the Site you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes

The Site may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown in it, and the Site will display a notice for material changes. Continuing to use the Site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law. You are invited to contact the Site first to try to resolve any problem amicably.
