Effective date: September 20, 2026

Purpose of the Site and your privacy. This directory was created to help users reach accurate information about recruitment offices easily, and to reduce the risk of fraud and of people impersonating offices. That is why the Site collects as little personal data as possible, only when you send a form yourself or when it is needed to protect the Site and its users, and it does not sell it.

1. About the Site

This site (musaned.net) is the “Musaned Recruitment Offices” directory, run by its owner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; “the Site” in this policy means the directory and its owner together. For the personal data collected through the Site, the Site is the “controller” under the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law (the “Law”). To contact the Site about privacy and to exercise your rights, use the contact page and say that your message concerns privacy.

The Site is not the government Musaned platform. It is an independent directory that helps households look up and compare recruitment offices. It is not part of, and is not approved by or representing, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Musaned platform or Takamol. See the Terms of Use.

By using the Site you confirm that you have read this policy and accept that the Site handles data as it describes. In particular:

  • by browsing, searching, comparing or opening the map you accept the technical data collection and the cookies the Site sets itself, and you acknowledge the analytics tools described in sections 3 and 9, which you can limit through your browser settings (section 9);
  • by sending a form (a message to an office, the contact, message, note or survey forms, an advertising request or an office verification request) you agree that the Site uses the details you enter for the purpose of that form and shares them with the recipients described in section 5;
  • by sending a review you accept that it is published with your first name and the first letter of your second name, and that the Site keeps your mobile number and hashed identifiers to prevent duplicate or fake reviews (section 3);
  • by pressing like or dislike you accept the cookie that counts each browser once (section 9);
  • by continuing to use the Site after this policy changes you accept the updated policy (section 15).

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or send any form; you may also ask the Site to delete your data (section 11).

2. In short

  • You can browse offices, search, compare and open the map without sending the Site any personal data yourself.
  • The Site collects personal data through forms only when you send a form, and only what the form asks for.
  • The Site does not sell your data.
  • The Site uses analytics tools to measure visits and understand how it is used: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. They set their own cookies. Details are in sections 5 and 9.
  • At any time you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent (section 11).

3. What the Site collects, why, and on what basis

Reviews. By sending a review through the review form you accept this policy, including that the Site keeps your name and mobile number to show your review and to prevent duplicate or fake reviews. As soon as it is sent, your first name (and the first letter of your second name), your star rating and your text are shown publicly on the office page. Your mobile number is never published; only the Site’s moderators can see it, and it is used only to prevent abuse and to contact you about the review if needed, never for marketing. Reviews are published as soon as they are sent, without prior review, and the Site may hide or delete a review under the Terms of Use. You can ask the Site at any time to delete your review and your data.

The Site does not ask for national ID or residence numbers, passports, bank details or payment cards, and does not process payments. Please do not type such data in free-text boxes. The Site does not read your device’s location.

4. Where the data comes from

  • From you, through the forms above.
  • From publicly available information about recruitment offices, including the public registry of the government Musaned platform, for the offices shown on the Site. It may be out of date. Section 6 gives details.
  • Automatically from your browser (technical data and analytics tools).

5. Who receives your data

The Site does not sell personal data. It shares it only as follows:

  1. The office you write to receives what you type in the contact form on its page and decides how to use your message under its own responsibility. Once your message has reached the office, the Site’s control over its copy there ends; ask the office directly to delete it.
  2. Service providers that process data for the Site or provide its tools:
    • Cloudflare: protection and content delivery in front of the Site; the Site’s traffic, including what is sent in forms, passes through it.
    • Google: Google Forms (receives the answers from the Contact page and the message, note and survey forms), the Google Map embedded on office pages, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (through Google Site Kit) for analysing visits.
    • Microsoft: the Clarity tool for analysing how visitors interact with pages, loaded through Google Tag Manager.
    • Thunderforest and the OpenStreetMap Foundation: the map images on the map page, which your browser requests directly from their servers.
    • The Site’s email delivery provider: to send form messages and notifications.
    • The Site’s hosting provider: hosting of the Site’s server and database.
  3. Links you choose to click (WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Google Maps directions, the government Musaned page) take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. The Site does not send them your data.
  4. Public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Recruitment office information (owners and representatives)

The Site is a directory of more than 1,400 recruitment offices in the Kingdom. For each office the Site may show: name, city and region, logo, phone and mobile numbers, WhatsApp link, email address, map location, rating and number of ratings, services and prices, and sometimes licence and registry details. These are normally business data, but where an office is run by an individual some of it may relate to that individual, and this section applies to them.

  • Basis. The Site’s legitimate interest in helping households find and compare offices, based on publicly available information; for what an office adds itself, the office’s consent.
  • ID numbers. The Site does not display or use the national ID numbers of office owners.
  • Correction or removal. An office owner or authorised representative may ask the Site to correct, update or remove the office’s details, or object to their display, through the contact page, stating the office’s ID (Pro ID, the number in the page address /pro/number/) and proof of authority. The Site will reply within 30 days. Because the data also exists in its public sources, removing it from the Site does not change it there.
  • The private edit link. After the Site approves a verification request it sends the office a private link that lets its holder edit contact details, prices, FAQs and similar items without a password. Whoever holds the link can edit the page, so keep it secret and tell the Site at once if it is lost or shared; the Site will disable it and issue a new one.
  • Office data is not visitor data. The Site gives offices no data about visitors other than the message a visitor chose to send.

7. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Several of the providers in section 5 operate globally, and your data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia, at Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Thunderforest, OpenStreetMap and the email provider. Some of this happens automatically when your browser loads a page that uses these services, even before you fill in any form. These transfers are carried out as the Law and its regulations allow, and only as far as needed to run the Site. If you do not want your data to leave the Kingdom, do not use the forms; contact the office directly, or get in touch with the Site.

8. How long the Site keeps data

The Site does not keep personal data longer than its purpose requires, and deletes it or makes it anonymous when it is no longer needed or when you ask the Site to delete it, unless the law requires otherwise. In particular:

  • Form messages and advertising and verification requests: while the request is being handled, then a reasonable period after it is closed for record-keeping, then deleted.
  • Reviews: the published text and first name while the review is published, or until you or the office ask for its removal or the Site removes it under the Terms. The mobile number is kept while the review exists, and you may ask the Site to erase it at any time.
  • Private edit link: until the office asks for it to be cancelled or replaced, or the Site disables it for security reasons.
  • Server logs: a few weeks, then replaced automatically.
  • Anti-spam counters: minutes.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings configured in those tools at their providers.
  • Backups: a limited period; deleted data disappears from them when their period ends.

9. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

Cookies the Site sets itself:

  • musaned_rv: lasts one year and is created only when you press like or dislike. It carries a random code (not your name or number) so each browser counts once; only a hashed form of it is kept on the Site’s server with your vote.
  • musaned_viewed_ followed by the office number: lasts 24 hours and records that you viewed the office page today, so the view counter counts you once. Its value is “1” and it does not identify you.
  • compareCount in browser storage: a number your browser saves to remember how many offices you added to the comparison; it stays until you clear browser data.

Analytics tools: the Site uses Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages (heatmaps and session replays). These tools set cookies including _ga and _ga_* (Google) and _clck and _clsk (Clarity), and send usage data to Google and Microsoft. The Site does not intend them to collect what you type in forms, and does not use them for personalised advertising. Google Analytics excludes visits by logged-in Site administrators.

How to control them: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site still works, with some features such as the view counter affected. You can block Google Analytics with Google’s official browser add-on, and read the Google and Microsoft privacy policies.

Third-party cookies: Google (the map embedded on office pages) and Cloudflare (protection) may set their own cookies when their content loads; the Site does not control them.

10. Security

The Site uses HTTPS encryption between your browser and its servers, restricts administrative access to authorised accounts, protects its forms against automated abuse (verification tokens, a hidden field that catches bots, and rate limits), and keeps private records (advertising and verification requests) away from public view. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data in a way the Law requires the Site to report, the Site will notify the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) within the period the Law sets, and will tell you without undue delay if it is likely to cause you serious harm.

11. Your rights and how to use them

Under the Law you may ask the Site to: inform you how your data is processed; give you access to it and a copy; correct, complete or update it; destroy it once it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent; withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before withdrawal, or an office’s copy of a message already delivered to it); object to processing based on the Site’s legitimate interest, including analytics tools; and, where the Law allows, restrict processing or move your data.

How: write to the Site through the contact page, giving your name, the email or number you used, and what you are asking for. The Site may ask for proof of identity so it does not disclose your data to anyone else. It replies within 30 days; where a request is complex or repeated it may extend that period, and will say why.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the Site’s reply you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), which oversees the Law, through the channels it announces. Please give the Site a chance to resolve the problem first.

13. Children

The Site is aimed at adults looking for recruitment offices. The Site does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent data to the Site, contact it and the data will be deleted.

14. Third-party sites

Links to other sites (such as the government Musaned platform or social media) are outside the Site’s control; please read their policies.

15. Changes to this policy

The Site may update this policy. The new version will appear on this page with a new effective date, and the Site will show a notice for material changes. If you keep using the Site or send a form after a change, the updated policy applies to that use.
